Paws Crossed Dog Rescue Rainbow Bridge
Abraham was originally found listed online, unwanted. He had been tied outside for a considerable amount of time. We stepped in to rescue him and get him into a foster home, and eventually adopted. His adopters were wonderful, loving, caring folks, who were able to give Abraham the best days of his entire life. He was diagnosed with cancer and crossed Rainbow Bridge in April, 2016. We are thankful for his adoptive family, who gave him so much love, care, and support. Rest in peace, beautiful boy. Hickory seemed to be doing so well, but took a turn for the worse once he was at the vet's office. It was determined there was nothing to do to save him, and he left this world knowing he was loved beyond measure. Please keep our Rescue, and the foster in your thoughts & prayers. Oakley got very sick, very quickly, and died while in loving foster care. She was loved and cared for very deeply. Please keep her foster in your thoughts & prayers. Butternut was born on 10/16/14, and went to the Bridge after 10 days of loving foster care, her frail little body just wasn't fully developed. She went to the Bridge after experiencing 10 days of total love, devotion, and care. That's something most shelters dogs never see. We know that Butternut has already been restored to health, and that she'll be waiting on the Bridge to meet us. Rest in Peace, sweet Baby Butternut. You were loved.
