Scooter comes to us from a shelter in southern WV.  His owner died, and the surviving relatives scooped him up and dumped him in the shelter immediately after his owner's death.  We think he's around 10 years old.  He's a sweet little boy, probably Bichon/Poodle mix.  So far in foster care, he's good with other dogs, cats, and kids.  

Foster note:  Scooter looks like he's iced in frosting. He is so sweet. Very emotional. Needs one person to care for him and let him sit next to u all day. Maybe give u a lick. He loves a good walk and is okay with cats and children. He lives with five other dogs but wishes to be the only. He just loves attention.
