Koko comes to us as an owner surrender.  She has never been in a shelter, and was never abused or neglected.  She's a very loving, nice and gentle Coton.  Her owners simply could no longer care for her.  It happens more than you think, and we never pass judgment when an owner has the best interest of their dog in mind.  It was a difficult decision, and we respect their decision.  Sometimes life throws a hard curve ball.

Koko's in a foster home, and is doing just fine!  She has never been on a leash.  A secure, physical fence is required.  We will not place her into a home that uses underground or electric fence material of any kind.  This is not negotiable.
