Nellie comes to us from a rural southern WV shelter, where she was very lonely, afraid, scared, and worried. She's a shy, gentle girl who just wants a family of her own so she can relax, be loved, and have some fun! Weighing in at just 17 pounds, she's a little girl, with a giant heart and plenty of love to give a new family.
