Puppy mill dogs can be challenging.  Thankfully, we place puppy mill dogs in experienced foster homes, who provide safety, love, and nurturing for these dogs.  While in foster care, they become socialized to humans, and learn to trust and understand that humans are kind.  Most puppy mill dogs have never had the joy of human touch, or been outside on grass.  They are typically scared, nervous, and shy.  Once these dogs learn that it's ok to trust humans, they blossom into loving family companions.  The time frame for success is different with each dog.  They are not house trained or leash trained, but they are usually crate trained.

While we are beginning to accept adoption applications, please know that puppy mill dogs progress at different rates.  They will available for adoptions once we are certain they are ready to go to their forever home.  They will require a secure fence at their forever home.

Jenner LOVES other dogs.  While he quite shy around humans, he is coming out of his shell.  He is doing great with house training, and sleeps in bed with his foster at night.  He does great on a leash, too!
