Ava & Zsa Zsa came to us because their owner passed away and the family could not take care of them.

They are around 3 years old, and we think Maltese / Yorkie.  You be the judge.

They are a bonded pair, and will only be adopted TOGETHER.  This is non-negotiable, and there will be no exceptions.  The adoption fee listed is for the pair.

They are 8-10 pounds each.  They're fine with other dogs, but we are unsure about cats.  Their house training skills are a work-in-progress, as they were used to going potty on an outside deck and not in the grass.  They're pretty much unfamiliar with grass, leashes, collars, or harnesses.  Their potential adopter must be patient with teaching them and be comfortable with pee-pads in the home.  They will need lots of time to adjust to a new environment.  Their new home will require a physical fence.  We do not adopt to homes that use electric or underground fence systems.  They will not be adopted to a home that uses a doggie door.  These things are not negotiable.
