Chipper comes to us from a rural, southern WV shelter.  We think he's a terrier mix of some sort, but you be the judge.  We think he'll be around 15-20 pounds, but it's really hard to tell.  He's crate trained, and is a good eater!  He's an adorable little fella, and will bring years of happiness, joy, and love to his adoptive family.
