Scrappy comes to us from southern WV, where he was a shelter resident.  We're really unsure of his breed mix.  We think cocker spaniel, poodle, maybe some yorkie or schnauzer... we just don't know, so you be the judge.  He's under 20 pounds. We don't know how he is with cats.  Please consider his house training skills as a work in progress.  He's in a foster home with other dogs, and is doing just wonderful with all of them!
