Paws Crossed Dog Rescue serves the Eastern Panhandle of WV and surrounding areas.  Please read "Adoption Info" on the left side of our website.

Little Dixie comes to us from southern WV, where she was surrendered by a breeder.  She's a tiny little girl, at about 6 pounds right now, but she could stand to gain a little weight.  Her coloring is beautiful, with a rich, deep, chocolate brown.  Dixie came to us in dire need of grooming.  We're having that done, and will post new photos soon.  

We're not completely sure of her breed mix.  There might be some Shih Tzu in there.  You be the judge.  She's a calm dog, with an unlimited supply of unconditional love!  We don't know how she is around cats, and we always consider her house training skills as a work in progress.
