Miss Oreo comes to us as an owner surrender.  Her previous owner could no longer care for her.  She is completely up-to-date on vetting, and ready for her new forever home!  We don't know how she is with cats.  She is pee-pad trained, but will also do her business outside, but consider that a work in progress with bringing any new dog into your home.  She's a little overweight, too.
